Install 2.4.5

I'm trying to install 2.4.5 and I guess I need to build it.... so I'm
following the directions to do so.  I have a list of dependencies and I
would like to know how do I tell if I already have them or need to check to
see.


   - gconf2 (>= 2.22)
   - glib2 (>= 2.20)
   - gtk+2 (>= 2.16)
   - guile (>= 1.8.0)
   - libart2 (libart_lgpl)
   - libglade2 (>= 2.6)
   - libgnomeui2 (>= 2.22)
   - [lib]goffice (>= 0.5.1)
   - libgsf1
   - libxml2 (>= 2.5.10)
   - pango
   - swig (>=1.3.31)
   - webkit (>= 1.0)

Is this the correct list for 2.4.5 and ubuntu 10.10?

I see the getbed does not have the latest stable release, nor does the
ubuntu repos....
