Importing 2 accounts and spottng transfers between them

I have downloaded OFX files for two accounts. Can I get GNU cash to spot
transfers between these accounts and tie them together.

In more detail :
  Account A has a credit of 200 GBP
  Account B has a debit of same on same day.
Presumably there are other clues in the transaction that might allow me to
tie them together
