Importing accounts via CSV file (new setup)

How can I select the account types which are presented?  I would like to use
the file

/accounts/de_CH/acctchrt_chkmu.gnucash-xea

I see that it is in C:\Program Files\gnucash\share\guncash\accounts, but I
don't know how to use it.  When doing "new file", I only get the
English-language CoAs.  Do I have to actually build from source to make this
available?  Or do I have to install in German?  (I'd prefer to keep the UI
in English, but work with the Swiss account definitions.)
