Im a newbie to GnuCash so apologies if this is not what you are looking for
or it does not work reliably. I have not tested the process extensively,
but it seems to work for me.

This is how I have created a Reconciliation Report by modifying the
information given in this post:

1) Reconcile your account and postpone reconciliation before pressing Done.
2) In the account register window select View>Filter By>Status and then
unclick all except "Cleared" (this will now show only the the transactions
just marked as cleared)
3) Select Report>Account Report to view a report of these transactions.
Change the name of the report to "Reconciled Transactions" or similar and
click "Add Report" to save it. (I also turned off running total in the
report options).
4) Repeat 2 & 3 but filter only by Unreconciled transactions and then save
the report as "Uncleared Transactions" or similar.
5) I think these two reports give you what you need, but you can join them
into a single report using the "Custom Multicolumn Report" adding the two
reports just created above in a single column report.
6) Save this report as "Reconciliation Report"

Once the report is saved in Step 6 it can be reused from the Custom Reports
menu for future reports.

Once the report has been run, you can return to complete the reconciliation
process.

An alternative single report could be made by to filtering by both Cleared
and Unreconciled statuses, however this does not separate the cleared and
unreconciled transactions in the report.
