I just want to point out that this has nothing to do with GnuCash.  The
"bug reporter" tool is a part of Gtk/Gnome and is outside GnuCash's
pervue, and indeed we couldn't change it if we wanted to.  If it's not
working you should contact Red Hat, as they are the ones that configure
it.
