aqbanking/gnucash core dump

I'm having trouble updating one of my online accounts.
Gnucash crashes, issuing the following message on the console:

gnucash: provider.c:250: AO_Provider_AddJob: Assertion `u' failed.
Abort (core dumped)

Any idea where to look for help?

P.S. I read the 1/25/2011 thread, "aqbanking failures and errors", and it doesn't help. gnucash dies before any popup closes too quickly.
