Windows 2.2.9 to Mac 2.4.7

You can just copy the files. If you have any custom reports, you can copy those over, too (they go in ~/Library/gnucash; on Lion you have to use Finder's Go menu to open ~/Library). It's safer to just set up again with the preferences dialog any other settings because of paths being different.
