Who's interested in a PHP GnuCash?

Hi guys,

I know this is my second post but wanted to see hoe many people wanted a PHP
version of GnuCash, but maybe some other features such as an REST API.

I own a young programming startup in the USA and would be willing to get the
project off the ground.

We use GnuCash currently but have been having problems integrating it with
our other systems (work orders, project billing, web hosting, job costing,
etc.).

I don't wish to start any flame wars on this... I know it has been discussed
in the past.  I am just looking for feedback and interest... and
developers!? (insert bad poker face)
