Can't access site- installation

Both links work for me with Firefox 7.0.1 on Ubuntu 11.10.

Try clearing your cache.  If that doesn't work, try power-cycling your
router - my housemate has some really nasty router that is always
going down.  If that doesn't work, try rebooting.

If none of that works and you have a notebook computer, take it
somewhere else.  Maybe it's your ISP.
