Where is GNUcash?

I'm a new user to Gnu-cash. For the last month, Gnu-cash no longer shows up
(has a GUI). If I check the processes that are running, it shows that
Gnu-cash is running. I've uninstalled it, removed all the folders/files in
the My Documents, and reinstalled, only to have the problem still show up. I
am using the latest version of the program.
P.S. My computer is a x64 Core i7 with Windows 7 Ultimate in case it makes a
difference
