I am not able to print a customer report. The program shuts down.  I am informed the that information is not avail.  

I can find the invoices in question and the accounts receivable ledger is up to date.

do I need to down load the programs and up date my copy.  Would is loose all my records???  I have been using this great

program for two years and no problem.
