Invoices and Terms

I am trying to set up my small business on gnucash.

When I set up a customer, I have a box in the dialog asking for Terms, 
but the only choice in "None." All I want to do is make all my invoices 
Net 30. Can someone please tell me how to do that?

Also, is it possible to put a hard line-feed into the descrition field 
of an invoice. In other words, if I want to make a list of items in the 
description field, can I do that?
