Custom Reports

Hi,

I checked today the documentation about custom reports, trying to find
my way into how to write .scm reports.

Doing so, I got the impression that the whole area has fallen behind a
bit.

In particular, I have some idea about how I would like to change (and
hopefully improve) the Wiki-page, but don't dare just go and change
according to my personal interest.

Is there anyone that I should/can contact not to interfere with anyone
else's ideas?
Any special guideline I should follow?
