HTML/CSS invoice report, written in Python/Mako

Hello folks,

I've cobbled together a simple invoice report program, written in
Python with Mako templates, that outputs invoices in HTML/CSS format.
As such anybody with HTML/CSS experience should find it pretty simple
to customise the invoice appearance. I'm running it on Ubuntu 12.04
with the stock gnucash, gnucash-python bindings, and python-mako
packages. It may be found at
