Hi John,

Yes, I'm going to open a bug.
I've done a little bit of testing in order to isolate the bug:
- With my old Gnucash personal data:
     - Stored in MySQL: Crashes when creating the new SX using the Mortgage
Wizard.
     - Stored in XML: It doesn't crash and works nicely creating the very
same SX using the Mortgage Wizard.

- With a new book from scratch: just selecting common, fixed assets and
mortgage accounts. And put 200.000,00€ in the liability:mortgage account
against the asset:house account as the opening balance.
     - Stored in XML: It doesn't crash when creating the SX using the
Mortgage Wizard.
     - Stored in MySQL: Crashes when creating the new SX using the Mortgage
Wizard.

So, my conclusion is that there is some bug when creating new SX using the
Mortgage Wizard if you are using MySQL for data store.

Thank you very much for your help!!

Sergi
