No windows displaying on OSX Lion

> Good call!  I didn't have the displays set to mirror, so GNUCash was displaying on the dead monitor.  I've recitifed the settings, and now GNUCash is displaying.  It wasn't broken to begin with.  Thanks so much for your help!!
