Simply deleting a directory on your system will probably not be a good 
idea. You should use your package manager (yast ?) to uninstall guile 
2.0. I don't know if that will be sufficient to fix this though. I don't 
use openSuse myself and I have no idea how the openSuse packagers have 
set things up. As suggested before, you may have better support if you 
ask this on an openSuse forum/mailing list.
