The report looks like it's running to me..  At least in the second one.
In the first one it looks like you had not yet chosen your accounts.  As
I said in a previous message you need to use BOTH Select All and then
immediately Select Children in order to choose every account.  But the
second report looks fine.

What do you believe to be the problem that we're being asked to solve?
