Printing in Black and White

I was actually able to find a work-around for this. I have a pdf print driver
installed on my computer so anything I print with it creates a pdf instead.
If I print from GC to the pdf file first, then print out from the pdf file,
it prints with the printer settings in black and white. The benefit is I get
a digital copy I am now saving of all end of the month/yearly reports so it
works out great. Still not sure why GC doesn't use the printer setting,
though.
