Reporting questions

I have two questions re reporting:

Is there any way to see net worth percentage increase by month along
with the dollar value? I don't want to see any graphs just the $ value
of net worth and % increase or decrease every month.

If I spend money on a particular person buying gas, grocery, clothes
etc., is there any way to see the expenses only related to that
person? The person's name is in the description field for various
expenses and checking accounts.
