New customer is not a company

I'm trying to enter new customer info for creating a invoice, and its forcing
me to enter her name as a company, which she is not, and I am wondering why
is this method of creation forced ?

I prefer not to enter false information, for any reason, so I hope this can
be 'fixed'.
