Both are ok. the 2.4.10-1 tag is an exact copy of r21977. So if you are 
already running r21977, you have all the patches that are in 2.4.10-1 as well.

2.4.10-1 was tagged and released only to avoid us having to point every 
Windows user to the r21977 build on our build server.
