Coordinate references.

The Grid doesn't help. I'm using a custom setting because I'm on Windows. 
The grid prints too small.

Here is what I have now. 

Type_1 = PAYEE
Coords_1 = 749.97;849.966;3333.2;166.66

I just need to know which one moves the line down a bit. 
I figured that the 749 is from the left. But what are the other 3 entries?
