Scheduled transactions

Geert, it was basically a user operator problem.  :-0    I was working in the "scheduled transactions" under the "Action" tab instead of the "Schedule transaction" button (between jump & transfer). I must say however, that I find the help function very unhelpful. I also read all the FAQs and couldn't find anything relevant there either. I'm now researching how to split a transaction as the Gnucash system appears totally different to Quicken. Apart from that, I'm very happy with Gnucash.
