That's interesting idea...Well, I can only say that my accountant told
me we'd have to keep two different counters: one for Internet
'purchases' of our services and one for direct cash - that's why I
believe they are falling in the same category.

Moreover, according to our regulatives, I have to keep the record for
the cash-box and track every single bill I give out, so my understanding
was there is not much difference between direct (cash) & Internet
purchases.

However, considering we do not need to produce GC-based invoices for
the cash-based bills, I believe it will be enough to just register them
in GC. Maybe now I said the same thing which you suggested in the very
beginning?
