importing files - multiple users

Hi Chris,
I'm not clear what you want but gnucash is only a single user system.
For multiple users you can use multiple files, one file for each user at
single time.
You can import OFX-files, QIF-files. Documentations for this you can
find in Wiki, Help Manual and Concept Guide starting on web-site:
www.gnucash.org.
Best to look inside the english pages because on germans there is not
a complete set of translations.
