Account report Total only?

Here's what I want to see;

(assumption)- I'm working on an accounts named "Medical: Dental Phillip"
and "Medical: Dental William"

In Report form I want to see the just the total amount spent only each
of the accounts above for a specific year.

Like this;

2011

Medical: Dental Phillip        $200.21

Medical: Dental William     $454.22


Is there an easy way to produce that sort of report?  So I've not
figured out how to do it.
