Release 2.4.9:Cannot cut and pasted in Windows

Same for me. I am unable to double-click an item to select it, and if I
select it by clicking/dragging I cannot copy/paste the selected text.
I also notice that there's a problem with account tabs - if more than one
account is open, then the unselected tabs are filled in black, so you can't
see the account name.
Looks like some GUI glitches in 2.4.9.
