Apologies to the moderator if this is a repeat. I finally found out how to subscribe to this list.
My Vista 64-bit system did not create any GnuCash "Start" menu items, so could not run the "Install Online Price Retrieval" that is mentioned in the GnuCash Tutorial and Concepts Guide. However, scrounging around, I found the install-fq-mods.cmd file in the bin folder. Hmm, that sounds (and, when I looked at the script looked like) what I want to run. So I did.
At first all seemed well. It opened a connection, downloaded and installed DateManip and all that it needed, and Crypt-SSLeay and all it needed. When it went to install Finance-Quote itself, it got Finance-Quote-1.17 just fine, but when it went to get HTML-TableExtract-2.11, it failed. I reran the script, because the wording of the error was such that it could have been caused by a burp on my Internet connection. So, I ran the script again (actually twice more with the same results). The output of the last running of the script is shown below. The errors that came out were consistent run to run.

Any ideas what might be wrong???
