Importing CSV files

Hi Derek,

Thanks for taking a look at my QIF file, nice to know it looks OK.

On running this on a Windows system, so I found a gnucash.trace.5THUHW.log
in my C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Local\Temp directory.  I put a copy-and-paste
of this at the bottom of this reply.

I only have the one account set up in GNUCash at the moment and that's by
Bank account.

I'm don't know where references to an Expenses account from, I'm not
looking to do anything in GNUCash for Expenses.

Please could you let me know what I should look at next.
