postpone reconciliation broken: ignores my changes

I use gnuCash on linux - after upgrade to Ubuntu precise 12.04 which picked
up the 2.4.10 GnuCash I'm seeing this problem on my credit card
reconciliation too.  
Worse, on another bank account where I've got some transactions coming in
with an exchange rate, Reconcile just seems to be making up numbers!

Did you raise a bug report?
