Fix botched reconcile Ending Balance during reconcile?

Hi,

I know that this is a bit late, but there is a menu entry in the dialogue 
(Reconcile -> Reconcile Information, IIRC) that allows the closing balance to 
be changed on the fly.

I think it would have done what you needed.
