Import Quickbooks Data Using CSV Files

Quickbooks allows lists to be exported in iif files (a tab delimited CSV
file). Lists are basically relational tables which include: Chart of
Accounts, Customer, Supplier, Employee, Other Names, Customer Type,
Supplier Type, Class(ification), Item, Payment Terms, Payment Method,
Shipping Method, Customer Message, Budgets, Payroll accounts, Tax Codes, To
Do Notes. (Unfortunately Transactions are a bit more complicated and must
be produced through reports.)

How can I import these lists from Quickbooks into gnucash using CSV files
from the IIF files to help me set the files up? The FAQ and other
information only seems to refer to transaction lists.
