Remove Discount field from easy-invoice.scm

Hi All,

Is there any way that I can remove the Discount column from the Easy-Invoice
form?  I don't offer discount and if it is there, people are going to ask if
they can have it :-)

I have tried commenting out certain lines in the .scm file, with varying
levels of failure, but no success up to this time.
