I have tried the filter and it does a great job. Now, how to get it to
print? I've tried to follow Derek's directions, but don't find the "Reports
-> Account Report."

I'd like to print the checking account register from the first of this
year. I would like to compare the Gnucash Register to the printouts from my
online bank accout.
