Unable to receive quote for CURRENCY:EUR

Hi everyone, I'm new to the forum.

As a long time GnuCash user, the recent inability to update the quote for
CURRENCY:EUR has been frustrating to say the least. 

A quick Google search brought me here, and I've just successfully applied
the patches following the instructions in the above posts. 
Result - CURRENCY:EUR now updating once more!
