I do not know whether this will help, but I recall perhaps 2 or 3 years
ago there was an issue with Firefox Lightning printing.
There it seemed that Lightning used a different method to access the
Windows printer application than Firefox did. The Lightning method had
some flaws compared to the Firefox method. The difference may have been
initially chosen because Lightning was supposed to invoke the user's
choice of stylesheets. I do not know whether it was ever solved... I
do not try to print calendars because as far as I am concerned, it is
still broken.
Remember when Lotus Organizer had those beautiful calendar printouts?
I hope that someone can figure out the root cause of these bugs. Give
me your address and I will send donuts(better not - they would get stale)
