Online Banking in Germany

Hi folks,
is it possible to configure GnuCashPortable to connect to German Banks?
I would like to check accounts on Sparkasse Fulda, Comdirect and DKB.
I did not manage and I am using jamaica hibiscus, but it is only on German
and it is a little problem for me.
