ofx transaction description problem

Here is the log of my American Express online action:

Parsing response
Status for signon request: Success (Code 0, severity "INFO")
The server successfully processed the request.
Status for transaction statement request: Success (Code 0, severity "INFO")
The server successfully processed the request.
Error parsing response
Unlocking user xxxxxx
Postprocessing jobs
Resetting provider queues

Notice the "Error parsing response" line.  That's probably where the 
problem is, even though I still get the transactions.  Does this help 
anyone?
