Does somebody volunteer to moderate a dutch gnucash-nl list?

Hi Otto,

Welcome to GnuCash and thank you for volunteering to moderate a Dutch 
gnucash-nl list. I contacted Derek to set up such a list. He is 
currently very busy, but will come to it soon. Once the list is set up, 
he will contact you with the details you need to moderate the list.
