Finance Quote Install difficulties

Ok Erik, everything ran fine up to the install Date::Manip which looks
similar to previous errors.  Here's the log:

cpan[4]> install Date::Manip

Package seems to come without Makefile.PL.
  (The test -f "/Users/Gill/.cpan/build/SBECK-D3rp_k/Makefile.PL" returned
false.)
  Writing one on our own (setting NAME to DateManip)
