dtuser vs dtposted

Morning

I import my bankstatements via OFX - it contains both the dt user and
dtposted fields
It seems that Gnucash uses the dtuser date to list transactions in Gnucash
Sometimes the dtuser and dtposted date differs, which makes it problematic
when it comes to end of month / year

Is there anyway that I can force gnucash to use the dtposted dates rather
than the dtuser dates??

I tried searching the web for a solution, but could not find anything
If this problem was already solved please just forward me the link
