Hotkeys and user interface

Regarding AutoSplit, I had only looked at it by clicking on a split. But in
use, it complexes/slows entry when doing a single-line-entry. Basic entry
works best for me, but opening splits by double-click would be an
improvement for a user who does not want to set up Linux hotkeys
specifically.
