GNU Cash Libchipcard on Windows

Dear GNU Cash Community,

at first, sorry for my english, i'am a german native speaker normally :)

I used gnucash on Ubuntu with HBCI (CyberJack Controller - Card) and
Libchipcard.
Now i switched to windows 7 x64 and i can't work over the HBCI Card...
there's always
an error while creating a new HBCI user saying "maybe libchipcard or one of
it's components is not installed". Where can I find this module? I
downloaded the GnuCash package from the main homepage and it's installed
correctly. Also the CyberJack Reader is working fine - tested with the
program included. On Linux i had to install libchipcard manually, but where
can i find this one for windows?
