Report/Showing FX rate

I'm not sure what you mean by "account view"?  No, there is no way to
show it in the Chart of Accounts -- I'm not even sure how that makes
sense, unless you want to just see the most recent exchange rate -- that
used for the account balance in the Report Currency.

As for the Register, yes, you can see it there -- it's in a hidden
column off the right of the register.  But it's there, and you can
double-click on the 2-pixel-wide header to get it to expand so you can
see it.  But don't ever expect to *edit* it.
