GNU Cash Libchipcard on Windows

Dear Johannes,

I installed aqFinance, but there's no libchipcard DLL in the directory!
Also aqFinance call for libchipcard if i want to create an HBCI Chipcard
user.

Is there an possibility so send me this dll so i could integrate them into
the
programm folder?
