Gnucash 2.4.11(r22268) on WinXP-SP3. 

File->Import->OFX/QFX, selected an .OFX file. All txns green. 
Double-click just about anywhere(*) on a txn brings up "Select matching 
existing transaction" window.

(*) apart from the checkboxes, of course.
