How to show full account path in register title bar?

I have GnuCash set for "Register opens in a new window".

The title bar of an account register window shows only the leaf
name.  But that same leaf name might occur in a half-dozen other
places in GnuCash, especially for equities.

In Preferences, Register Defaults, Other Defaults, the "Only
display leaf account names" is unchecked, and I can't see any
other Preference to change this.

So I end up unsure of which register window is open.

For example I have two windows open that say "Apple".  What I
want is those same two windows open but one showing
"Income:Investing Income:Etrade:Apple" and the other
"Investments:Etrade:Apple".

This is gnucash 2.4.11, Windows XP SP3.
