Purchase with Cash Withdrawal

When I use my checking account debit card to buy

groceries and also get cash back, I use the following

method on a separate line instead of split transaction:

Transaction			Debit	Credit

Groceries (Expense)		19.95

Cash on Hand (Asset)		10.00

Checking Account (Asset)		29.95
