Reconciled Account Using Wrong Date

My Checking Account reconcile-date says 2013-08-24, and my Savings
Account reconcile-date says 2013-08-23. ( I reconciled them one after
the other from the same statement.)

Because, every time I look at my Transaction Report, I'll see the
wrong reconcile-date. To me, it is like fingernails scratching down a
blackboard. :-)

If there is a relatively simple way to correct the reconcile-date, I'd
like to fix it.
